The Salon footprint is our smallest at 10’ X 10’.

Cobra Labs requires a standard 120V outlet. The heat press draws up to 1500 watts, which is about 12.5 amps at 120V. We recommend a dedicated 15A circuit minimum, ideally 20A if available, especially if any other equipment will be on the same circuit.

We typically do not accept customer-supplied garments. Cobra Labs is committed to using apparel sourced through trusted partners that meet our standards for quality, sustainability, and performance, including recycled and 100% organic materials.
If you are a clothing manufacturer or brand with an established production partner, we’re happy to discuss it. In those cases, we’d need to review the garment specifications and source before approving customer-supplied apparel.

Our minimum engagement size is 250 guests. Cobra Labs’ Atlelier Studio is designed for medium to large-scale events, allowing us to provide the staffing, customization, and guest experience that make an activation successful.

The earlier the better. Reach out as soon as your date is set so we can scope the build, source the blanks, and produce your custom design kit in time.

Cobra Labs builds interactive, custom-branded live event activations. We design and run on-site experiences where guests create something themselves, then leave carrying it. We are rooted in festival culture in the Coachella Valley and travel nationwide.

Cobra Labs is based in Indio, California and serves the full Coachella Valley, including Palm Springs, Palm Desert, La Quinta, and Coachella, plus the high desert and Morongo Basin, including Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley. As a traveling activation company, we deploy to events nationwide.

Atelier Studio is our flagship activation: a premium on-site garment customization experience. Guests compose a custom-branded garment from a curated collection designed for the event, and it is finished and handed to them on-site. It works at brand activations, festivals, trade shows, and residencies.

Standard swag is handed out and forgotten. Atelier Studio is something a guest designs and keeps, which produces authentic engagement, earned media, and brand recall that outlasts the event. The garment becomes a wearable record of the moment rather than another giveaway.

Yes. Every activation is built around the client's brand, with the collection designed collaboratively for the specific event. The garment carries a fixed event brand, and each guest personalizes the rest.

Atelier Studio is built for brand awareness, earned media, and authentic engagement, not lead generation. It does not capture audience data for CRM, verify leads, or serve high-volume, short-window reach goals. Phone numbers, when collected, are used only to text guests when their garment is ready.
